Payments must be completed before orders are processed. For orders placed on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis, payment is required at the time of delivery.

For orders above PKR 3,000, an advance payment may be required in accordance with our store policy.

We provide delivery services across Pakistan. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and product availability.

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but may be subject to delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your order.

Products must be unopened, unused, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error or defect on our part.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
